NEXUS Denials

The NEXUS pass is a part of the United States of America Customs and Border Protection. The Trusted Traveler programs allow trusted and low-risk travelers/ passengers to expedite Immigration and Customs when they cross the US borders.

In case you have any criminal records or violation of any laws, regulations and policies, you might be denied from the Trusted Traveler Program. The NEXUS traveler program has one of the strictest criteria for selection.

Once the application is filled out and submitted to the US Customs and Boarder Protection, it is checked in details and later on sent to the various governmental agencies responsible for law enforcement, immigration, policies, and customs and anti-terrorist activities. In case, there are any violations; the agencies immediately notify the US Customs and Immigration. The violation might be connected to any immigration or illegal actions or bringing forbidden goods. All these checks look at each participant whole past rather than the last five years.

Keep in mind, WE cannot guarantee for your approval.
