Q: NEXUS eligibility?
A: The NEXUS card is eligible for citizens of Canada and United States of America. Also, it is suitable for permanent residents
Q: NEXUS card validation?
A: The NEXUS card is valid for five years. It can be renewed three months before the expiration date.
Q: How long does it take to receive the NEXUS card?
A: It takes up to three months. If you are planning to travel soon and need it faster, we recommend using our Premium service (you application will be prioritized by us).
Q: May I fill one application for more than one person.
A: No, each application is personalized. You have to fill out individual application for each person.
Q: Can my child/children have the NEXUS card?
A: Yes, you have to fill out applications for all children under 18. The application has to mention you have the right to take out the child/children.
Q: What are NEXUS fees?
A: The regular service is $ 99.99 and the premium $149.99 paid via G2P. The government fee $50- paid via applicant’s credit/debit card.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: In case, you change your mind, you can get a refund. If the documents have been processed and the information was sent to the applicant, he/she cannot be refunded.
Q: I do not want to provide my debit/credit card?
A: If you prefer not to give the card information, you have to pay the G2Sfee and let us know your decision for paying the government fee by yourself. When your documents are processed, we will send you the information and instructions how to pay the CBP fee.
Q: How do I book my interview?
A: Once your documents are processed, you will get an e-mail with information about your profile and instructions how to schedule an interview.
Q: How can I update my personal information?
A: You have to go to your GOES account and click on update button.
Q: What should I do if my card were stolen (lost)?
A: You have to go to one of the NEXUS enrollment offices and report the case.
Q: How to renew my card?
A: You can apply online by filling out the renewal application form.
